Getting a Library Card
Any person who lives or owns taxable property within the Wyoming Public Library District may obtain a Wyoming Public Library card. To obtain a library card, apply in person at the library. Proof of residency must be shown by providing a photo ID with your current address or a recent bill addressed to the resident paired with a photo ID.
If you are age 18 and younger, a parent or legal guardian must be present and must agree to accept responsibility for the items checked out using that card.

Take notice that the Board of Library Trustees of the Wyoming Public Library District, pursuant to "An Act regulating wages of laborers, mechanics, and other workers employed in any public works by the state, county, city, or any public body or any political subdivision or by anyone under contract for public works," approved June 26, l941, as amended, has determined on, and as effective from, June 5, 2018 that the general prevailing rate of wages in this locality for laborers, mechanics and other workers engaged in the construction of public works coming under the jurisdiction of the Library District, is the same as determined by the Department of Labor of the State of Illinois for Stark County as of September 2017. A copy of the full resolution and the Department of Labor determination is available for inspection by any interested party in the main office of the Library District at 119 N. Seventh St. Wyoming, IL, and to any employer or association of employers and any person or association of employees who have filed, or file their names and addresses, requesting copies of the same.
